A counter-terrorist operation regime has been introduced for the second time today on the territory of Nalchik, the operational headquarters of Kabardino-Balkaria reports.
"The chief of the FSB of Russia in Kabardino-Balkaria, Colonel Oleg Usov, decided to introduce the CTO regime on November 22nd, starting from 7:50 PM MSK within the administrative boundaries of the urban district of Nalchik in order to prevent terrorist acts and provide security measures for citizens, organizations and institutions, RIA Novosti reports.
