Fifteen people lost their lives in a fire that broke out at a cafe in the Russian city of Kostroma, an emergency source told TASS on Saturday.
"According to the latest data, the fire killed 15 people," he said.
Another five people suffered minor injuries and received outpatient care.
Emergency services said that the fire could have been caused by pyrotechnics. The search is underway for a guest who fired a pyrotechnic pistol inside the cafe. A criminal investigation was launched into the incident.
