A loud explosion was heard near the Turkish embassy in Somalia's capital Mogadishu.
According to Mogadishu News, the attack was targeted at diplomats from the United Arab Emirates, who were in the Turkish embassy.
"Three people have been killed, seven wounded by a car bomb targeting military vehicle," Reuters cited a police officer Farah Abdikadir as saying.
The terrorist group al Shabaab claimed responsibility for the attack.
