In the small town of Strépy-Bracquegnies (Belgium), a car crashed into a festive crowd, there are injured and dead, RTL reports.
The incident happened early in the morning during the carnival in the village. At least four people were killed, 12 were seriously injured, and 20 more were slightly injured.
"We were walking in a long column, and there were about 150 of us. The car literally drove into a group of people. <...> It was terrible", said the TV channel host who participated in the carnival.
The driver of the car was detained, his motives are unknown.
