The first national payment card ‘Mir’ is to be put into operation in December.
‘‘At this period of time, the banks participating in the system will have to adjust work with it in cash dispensers and the ability to pay by means of the card in trade enterprises and restaurants,’’ Vladimir Komlev, the head of the national payment card system (NBTS) said today.
