According to the first deputy of the Russian Central Bank, Dmitry Tulin, the Central Bank of Russia has no strict plans regarding the exchange rate of the ruble.
"We have no strict plans or guidelines, we have already said this many times. We do not have targets for the exchange rate,’’ RBC cites him as saying.
