The chairman of the lower house of the Russian Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, plans to visit Azerbaijan.
Volodin said about it at the exhibition marking the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Azerbaijan.
He plans to visit Azerbaijan in about 6 months after the early presidential election to be held on April 11, 2018 in the country, the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza reported.
