Chemezov: Turkey ready to buy S-400 air defense systems with Russia's loan

Turkey expressed a desire to receive from Russia a loan for the purchase of weapons, including S-400 air defense missile systems, Russia's Rostech CEO Sergei Chemezov said.

"They wanted to receive a loan, but so far the issue has not been resolved," he said, adding that the Finance Ministry is in talks on deliveries of S-400 air defense systems to Turkey. 

Chemezov did not say when the decision could be made.
