Chief of Georgian General Staff appoints new deputies

Chief of Georgian General Staff Vakhtang Kapanadze replaced two of his deputies, Nikoloz Agladze and Omar Begoidze, appointing Vladimir Chachibaya and Giorgi Surmava to these positions instead.

"There is nothing political in this decision. It concerns efficiency, and selected people will strengthen those areas that are important in this period," he said.
