Non-selective and complex sanctions are equal to using the global economy as a weapon in a global conflict, Chinese Permanent Representative to UN Zhang Jun said Tuesday.
"Today, considering the deep globalization and mutual connection of the entire mankind, implementing complex and non-selective measures is equal to using the global economy as a weapon in a global conflict. This undermines energy and food supplies. All this jeopardizes decades of development of the international community," he said.
