An Iranian rail company and a Chinese counterpart have signed a contract for the production of 215 subway train wagons.
The wagons will be used in three major cities of Tabriz, Shiraz and Isfahan, Trend reports with reference to the IRNA news agency.
According to a 2025 outlook, Iran should double the number of its wagons, which is 2250 now.
