Christian Vigen has been appointed as the new OSCE PA Special Representative for the South Caucasus, the Secretary General of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Roberto Montella, wrote in a letter to the head of the Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation in the Assembly, Bahar Muradova.
He recalled meetings during the visit to Baku with satisfaction, noted the importance of the issues discussed, as well as highly appreciated the opportunity for the OSCE PA to restore relations with Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
