The chairman of Russia’s Central Electoral Commission, Vladimir Churov, plans to visit Azerbaijan to observe the upcoming parliamentary elections.
Churov has been accredited for observing the elections, Trend reports with reference to the Azerbaijani CEC.
The parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan will be held on November 1st with participation of 769 candidates.
