The Composers of Stavropol Festival was held for the first time after a long break. More than 20 compositions were presented at the Spring Symphony general concert, the head of the regional branch of the Union of Composers of Russia, Viktor Kipor said.
"This is our first festival after a long silence.The regional branch of the Union of Composers of Russia has resumed its work very recently, in 2018. It includes the composers who work not only in Stavropol, but also in the cities of the Caucasian Mineral Waters," he said.
