"A counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed on the village of Andi in the Botlikhsky District of Dagestan at 05.00 am (MSK). Law enforcers are searching for militants," TASS cited a source in the power structures of the republic as saying.
The last time a counter-terrorism operation regime was imposed within the administrative boundaries of the Khunzakhsky and Botlikhsky districts of Dagestan was on March 11. The police killed two militants.
