Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has declared a counter-terrorist operation regime in the Voznesenskaya settlement in the North Caucasian Ingushetia region this morning.
"Head of the FSB branch in Ingushetia announced a start of a counter-terrorist operation in the Voznesenskaya settlement in the Malgobeksky District at 4.30am Moscow time," TASS cited the regional FSB headquarters as saying.
At 7:00am Moscow time, a counter-terrorist operation regime was lifted.
