Decisions that have been taken by the so-called World Congress of Crimean Tatars, which was organized in Ankara, against the reunification of Crimea with Russia, are destructive and they are to the detriment of the Crimean Tatar people, said Remzi Ilyasov, leader of the movement Qırım, which unites more than 20 Crimean Tatar public and political organizations.
"It was expected that the participants of this meeting would make sharp statements, which would revile everybody. But these statements have nothing in common with either the historical truth or today’s realities of the Crimean Tatar people. These measures are primarily against our people and to the detriment of us,’’ Interfax cites Ilyasov.
