The head of Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, has ordered the heads of administrations to provide electric power to all the houses of Crimean residents on New Year's Eve.
"All agencies that provide services to citizens in terms of celebrating the New Year should be equipped with diesel generators. Crimeans will be celebrating the New Year holiday in a good mood, with heat and light," TASS cited Aksenov as saying.
