The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan has started instituting proceedings against those who violate new rules for the sale of marked excisable goods (alcohol and tobacco).
"The first criminal case was initiated on January 6th against the Tovuz Cognac trading house due to sales of large quantities of alcohol with these violations," Abc.az cites the statement.
