Czech President Milos Zeman has said that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan just intends to swindle money out of the EU, using the pretext of refugees.
"Erdogan, who was offered €3 billion, will want to receive €9 billion instead of €6 billion. He will increase the sum after each summit." RIA Novosti cites Milos Zeman as saying.
