Czech President Milos Zeman is against allocating €3 billion to Turkey to solve migration issues.
"I am strongly opposed to allocating Turkey billions of euros to restrain migrants, because Turkey is not able to do it and it doesn’t want to do anything with these immigrants." he said.
Zeman believes that if the plan doesn’t work, it will be necessary to strengthen the protection of the Greek borders, RIA Novosti reports.
