Dagestan museums will join the Museum Night action, which will take place on May 15th.
The main theme of this year's action is ‘More than a Museum”. it is designed to draw the attention of visitors to museums not only as institutions that store cultural values, but also a place where technical and scientific achievements of mankind in various spheres of life are created.
All museums of the republic will be involved in the action - the Dagestan Museum of Fine Arts named after P.S. Gamzatova, the Taho-Gody National Museum of Dagestan, Museum-Reserve Ethnographic Complex "Dagestan Aul", Derbent Historical, Architectural and Archaeological Museum-Reserve, Museum of the History of World Cultures and Religions, Eto Kavkaz reports.
