According to the chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of Dagestan, Nezir Huseynov, it is proposed to divide the republic into five zones up to the standards of urban planning.
The composition of these five zones is as follows: Makhachkala agglomeration, Plain zone, Foothill zone, Mountain zone and High mountain zone, Argumenty and Fakty-Dagestan informs.
Huseynov stressed that the standards were established taking into account the requirements of each zone, they include the possibility of reducing the area of land plots on which social facilities for mountain and high mountain regions will be built.
