The 3rd international festival of brass bands 'Dagestani Fanfare' will be opened on September 24 with the help of the Dagestan State Philharmonic Society, the Russian Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic have announced.
The purpose of this musical project is to return live brass music to the streets and to revive amateur and professional orchestras, RIA Dagestan reports.
