Death toll of Magnitogorsk tragedy grows to 19

EMERCOM of Russia reported on the increased number of victims of a high-rise house collapsing in Magnitogorsk.

“A woman’s body was found under remains. The death toll is 19,” a speaker of EMERCOM stated.

He stressed that two children were among the victims.

A section of a ten-storey apartment block collapsed in Magnitogorsk on December 31 at 04:00 am Moscow time. A total of 22 people are still unaccounted for. Dozens of people have been evacuated from the building.
