Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree implementing the country’s defense plans for 2016-2020. The document, signed on November 16, was posted on the official web portal of legal information today.
"For the purposes of implementing activities in the sphere of defense ... I hereby resolve to put the Russian Federation’s defense plan for 2016-2020 into effect from 1 January 2016," the document says.
