The dollar exchange rate has dropped by 11.5 kopecks since last close, with the greenback trading at 89.6 rubles on the Moscow Exchange at the start of trading on January 31.
The euro exchange rate dropped by 20.75 kopecks, reaching 97.29 rubles.
In turn, the yuan exchange rate rose by 1.15 kopecks, trading at 12.450 rubles.
