The dollar exchange rate rose by 15.75 kopecks from Monday’s close, selling at 90.85 rubles on the Moscow Exchange at the start of trading on Tuesday.
The euro exchange rate declined by 8.25 kopecks to 97.62 rubles.
The yuan exchange rate dropped by 0.8 kopecks to trade at 12.6 rubles.
