Two explosions near a hotel in Egypt's el-Arish have killed three people, including a police officer, and injured 12 others.
According to sources in the law enforcement agencies, first a car bomb exploded then a second blast hit the area 10 minutes later.
The double attack was carried out a day after the second round of parliamentary elections. It is reported that the hotel housed representatives of the Electoral Commission.
The press secretary of the Federal Tourism Agency, Svetlana Sergeyeva, said that there is no information about Russian citizens injured in explosions.
No responsibility has been claimed for the attacks yet.
