Today's initiative by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, to abandon the purchase of petroleum products from Russia was announced due to the lack of the necessary sum of money, a member of the State Duma Committee on Energy Ivan Grachev explained .
"Ukraine has no money to buy oil, gas and other resources. Prime Minister Yatsenyuk cannot publicly announce about this, which is why he fabricates different stories,'' RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
