Russia has every opportunity to maintain its leadership in the global wheat market in the next year, the deputy prime minister, Arkady Dvorkovich, said.
"I think that we have all possibilities for this, though it is difficult to predict ... But in general, due to the improved technology and productivity, greater use of fertilizers in some regions, land reclamation, yes, there are such opportunities," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
