According to Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovic, head of livestock on private farms (PSF) won’t be reduced by measures of compulsion.
"At the moment, the government is discussing a proposal for setting limits in respect of the number of livestock on private farms. It has instructed that the proposal be analysed,’’ Tass cites him as saying.
