A Boston judge has rejected a request for a new trial for convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was sentenced to death last year, Reuters reports.
The defense demanded that the trial be re-transferred outside of Boston, because, according to them, a "fair and impartial trial" over Tsarnaev could not be held in the city where the terrorist attack was carried out. The prosecutor called the defense's arguments unfounded and irrelevant.
