ECHR refuses to consider appeal of Askerov and Guliyev

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has refused to consider an appeal of two Azerbaijani citizens Dilgama Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev who are in captivity on a priority basis. It was announced by the head of the sector for the protection of the human rights department on work with the law-enforcement agencies under the Presidential Administration, Chingiz Asgarov, Trend reports.
