''Efforts directed at preventing recruitment of youth need to be intensified in Kabardino-Balkaria,'' the head of the republic, Yury Kokov, told the authorities and law enforcement bodies of the republic at a joint meeting of the antiterrorist commission and operational headquarters in Kabardino-Balkaria.
According to him, it is necessary to increase efforts in order to identify people who are involved in terrorist activities. We should be proactive and stop recruitment processes of youth to radical groups, especially with the help of the Internet.
