Armed Forces of Egypt has managed to eliminate the head of a cell of the terrorist organization Islamic State in the Sinai Peninsula Abu al-Qassim.
The leader of the terrorists was killed in an airstrike.
In recent days, Egyptian forces are fighting more actively against IS militants in the northern part of the peninsula, RBC reports.
