An elderly man disappeared in a recreation area of the Sevan peninsula in the Gegharkunik region, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia reported.
The corresponding call was received today at 08:47 local time. Two operational groups of rescuers headed for the scene.
It turned out that a 55-year old man is being searched since February 13. The policemen found a pack of cigarettes and a lighter that belonged to him on the shore of the lake, Novosti-Armenia reports.
