The Ministry of Labor has urged employers not to bring disciplinary proceedings against employees who were unable to come to work because of the temporary cessation of flights to Egypt, the press service of the Ministry reports.
‘’It is recommended for employers to take into account that such circumstances shouldn't be considered as a possible lack of valid reasons (absenteeism) in the workplace, and does not apply to this category of workers under labor legislation on disciplinary measures,’’ Interfax leads the message of the Ministry
