The Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, stated that it is premature to talk about improvement in relations between Russia and Turkey.
"We want our relations with Russia to improve and to overcome all problems between us. But so far we are not at the point where we could talk about it," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
The Turkish leader also expressed regret that Russia did not take part in the Nuclear Security Summit in Washington.
