Today, by the order of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, Rafig Bayramov and Zakir Sultanov were dismissed from the posts of deputy minister of culture and head of the State Service for the Protection, Development and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, and arrested for 4 months.
The relevant verdict was issued by the Sabailskiy district court at the request of the investigators, Trend informs.
