According to the data of the exit polls of the Institute for Democracy, after today’s early elections to the Majilis (the lower chamber of parliament) in Kazakhstan, the new composition of the House includes three parties: the ruling Nur Otan party (82.2%), the Ak Zhol party (7.22%) and the Communist Party (7.17%).
The other three parties didn’t receive the required 7% of votes: the Birlik party received 0.35%, the National Social Democratic Party – 1.21%, and the Auyla party – 2,05%.
