Baku's National Gymnastics Arena will host the FIG World Cup in men's and women's artistic gymnastics from March 31 to April 3, the press service of the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation reported.
According to the registration list, 151 athletes from 35 countries will participate in the tournament.
The qualifications are scheduled for the first two days. The remaining days are for the finals. Besides, the gymnasts with the highest score will receive the traditional AGF Trophy.
The Azerbaijan national team at the World Cup will be represented by Mansum Safarov (floor exercise), Agamurad Gakhramanov (floor exercises, vault, exercises on the crossbar), Ivan Tikhonov (vault, exercises on the pommel horse, parallel bars, crossbar), Javidan Babayev (rings exercises), Nikita Simonov (rings exercises), Samira Gahramanova (vault, beam exercises, floor exercises), Milana Minakovskaya (exercises on uneven bars, beam and floor exercises).
Spectators must have a valid vaccination certificate or immune certificate, a certificate of contraindication to vaccination against coronavirus, except for those under 18 years of age.
