French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius has left the meeting on Syria in Vienna and is returning to Paris.
The head of the French Foreign Ministry stated that the principles of the transfer of political power in Syria will be agreed upon at the talks in Vienna, TASS reports.
Multilateral discussions will continue without Fabius and are expected to last until 16.00-18.00 (MSK).
