Sports lawyer Artem Patsev, representing the interests of two Russian athletes - Denis Nizhegorodov and Svetlana Vasilyeva, stated that the final decision on participation of athletes from Russia in the upcoming Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro will be made before July 20.
"The period of formation of final applications for the Olympic Games is decisive for us and for the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC). It is July 18 or 20," he said.
