Famous Soviet and Russian writer Fazil Iskander will be buried at Moscow's Novodevichye cemetery, the mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin, said.
He passed away at the age of 87 on July 31 at 11:30 AM in his country house in Peredelkino.
Moscow will mourn the death of the writer at the Central House of Writers on August 2.
