The 47th International Chemistry Olympiad was successfully held in Azerbaijan on July 20-29, organized by the Baku branch of Moscow State University.
A total of 300 of the best young chemists from 75 countries, more than 250 scientists and chemists, the jury, experts in chemistry, teachers, supervisors and team leaders took part in the Olympiad.
Trend News Agency posted a film on its website about the competitions of young chemists in Baku, as well as a contribution from the rector of the Baku branch of Moscow State Lomonosov University, a corresponding member of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Nargiz Pashayeva, on the hosting of the Olympiad.
