The first deputy head of the Ministry, Odes Baisultanov, announced the forthcoming tightening of requirements to residents during a working visit to Karachaevo-Cherkessia, where he held a meeting with the current residents of the special economic zone Arkhyz, where the all-season tourist and recreational complex is located.
