Chairman of Management Board of Novatek Leonid Mikhelson has become Russia's richest men, according to the latest rating from the Forbes magazine.
Mikhelson is ranked 32th on the list of the world’s richest people, with a $24 billion fortune.
In total, the Forbes list includes 98 Russians.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos keeps his top position, increasing his net worth to $131 billion, up $19 billion from 2018.
