The wife of former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov, Yelena Baturina, has again topped the Forbes ranking as the richest woman in Russia with an estimated fortune of $1 billion.
Elena Rybolovleva, the former wife of Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, ranked second with $600 million.
S7 co-owner Natalya Fileva with $190 million is in third place, Gazeta.ru reported.
