Russian and Syrian foreign ministers Sergey Lavrov and Walid Muallem will hold a meeting in Sochi, Russia's special envoy for the Middle East and African countries, deputy foreign minister Mikhail Bogdanov, said today.
"Muallem heads the Syrian part of the Russian-Syrian intergovernmental commission, our part is headed by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.
